Good luck! This may be us in a few months. The company DH is working for is being sold the end of June. He most likely will be out of a job then and is currently starting his new employment search now. All the jobs he is looking at are not in our area. We've discussed that if he works in San Jose, CA or other such cities, we will not sell our house in PA right now and he will commute for the week and be home on the weekends.

DeleteCommuter Husband also put the search net out to "anyplace" and we decided we would make an action plan depending on where he landed. The Transitional Change is the hardest. It will be interesting to see what our thoughts are once we are in a rhythm. There are many positives that can play out with being a Commuter Family.
